We ship your first letter using the USPS mail system after 3 business days, arriving in 2-5 business days with tracking. Additional letters are sent on the 2nd and 4th Fridays each month, arriving within 2 weeks in the US and 6 weeks internationally.
Current Mailing Schedule
If you order a letter story today, the following will be your schedule for mailing -
- Letter #1: Ships 3 business days after purchase via USPS with tracking. Delivery takes 2-5 business days after shipping (5-8 business days total).
- Letter #2: Sent via regular mail on 2nd or 4th Friday, whichever comes first on the calendar. Delivery occurs within 2 weeks for US orders or 6 weeks for international orders. Tracking not available.
- Remaining Letters: Mailed on 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month. Delivery occurs within 2 weeks for US orders or 6 weeks for international orders.
Mailing FAQ
The first letter will be shipped via USPS Ground with tracking and will be enclosed in a kraft cardboard envelope. It will be shipped within three business days, with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 days after shipment within the US (total transit time: 5–8 days). International orders have an estimated delivery time of 2-4 weeks after shipment. A tracking number will be provided once the letter has been shipped.
Please note that the remaining letters will be sent via regular mail and will not include tracking information.
How do I change the address of my order?
Please reach out to contact@CottonRagPress.com within three business days of placing the order, and we will be able to send the first letter via USPS Ground with tracking. If the notification is made after this period, the first letter would have already been sent to the former address, so we will resend another letter via First-Class Mail.
What happens if I don't receive my first letter?
Please reach out to support@theflowerletters.com. Another first letter will be resent First-Class mail within three business days and is expected to be delivered within approximately two weeks for U.S. orders and six weeks for international orders.
Will all the letters be sent with tracking?
No, only the first letter will be shipped via USPS Ground with tracking. The remaining letters will be sent via regular mail, and therefore, tracking will not be available for those letters.
What will be the schedule of the remaining letters?
The remaining letters are generally mailed on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month and are expected to be delivered within approximately two weeks for U.S. orders and six weeks for international orders.
Will this be available for international customers?
Yes! The first letter will be shipped to our international customers within three business days, and have an estimated delivery time of 2-6 weeks after shipment. A tracking number will be provided once the letter has been shipped.
